STNF processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these to us yourself.

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under 16 years of age. However, unless they have parental or guardian consent, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. Therefore, we recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities to prevent the collection of data about children without parental consent. STNF processes your personal data for the following purposes:

STNF will not keep your data longer than strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your information has been collected. For one-time donors, we store data for a maximum of two years and for donorships we store data for as long as the donorship continues, plus 1 year after the donorship has been canceled.
STNF will not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary to execute our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. STNF remains responsible for this processing.

You have the right to data portability. Data portability means that you can request us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.
